My Jhong Law Horn Kung Fu was brought to the U.S. in 1974 by Grand Master Johnny Kwong Ming Lee. He began teaching in Shreveport, LA, expanding to Texas, Georgia and Florida by the 1990s. One of his top students, Master Mark Warner moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1987 and began Lost Track Kung Fu. Sifu Will Waggener began training with Master Warner in 1998.

Grand Master Lee also brought with him Wu Style Tai Chi, focusing on balance, flexibility, mobility.  A low impact exercise, Tai Chi improves circulation, increasing longevity through Traditional forms, breathing exercises, weapons, and push hands training. Sifu Mali Harrell began her training under Sifu Lori Rowe and Master Mark Warner in 2001.

My Jhong Law Horn is a Northern Shaolin style characterized by its use of long range attacks, swift movements, bold leaps, and deceptive striking. Focusing on Traditional forms, stances, footwork, kicks and punches, joint locks, weapons, fighting techniques, sparring, and applications. My Jhong Law Horn combines the hard the soft. The Fa Ching uses a spiral energy usually associated with internal styles, delivered with the iron hand of external styles. The fighting prowess is based on mobility. Bold leaps and nimble jumps create position for counter-strikes, while allowing the practitioner to deliver powerful blows from multiple angles.

Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese Martial Art that combines self-defense with meditation and breath control.  It is practiced today primarily for its health benefits, stress relief and relaxation.  The slow flowing movements are designed to stimulate the flow of energy or chi, in the body with the ultimate aim of rejuvenation and increased longevity.  The slowness also allows the mind to be actively involved so that one’s awareness directs the movements, integrating one’s body, mind and spirit.

Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan is an ‘internal’ martial art and the second most commonly practiced tai chi style.   It is considered a complete system focusing both on the martial and health aspects of tai chi.  The stances and purpose of the movements do two things simultaneously: they teach proper posture, breathing, and openness of joints to promote health while teaching balance, stability, and techniques that aid in self-defense.

Sifu Will in China

Sifu Will Waggener began his training in 1998 with Master Mark Warner. In 2001, he attended his first Kung Fu Camp with Grand Master Johnny Lee Kwong Ming and Grand Master C.H. Marr. This continued annually until 2020. He has competed throughout the southeast, including Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas, Tampa, and Orlando. He is a former AAU National Champion and a former ICMAC Champion.

He lives in Decatur with his family.

Sifu Mali

A native of Georgia, Mali received a BA in Education from Georgia State University. She began practicing Wu style Tai Chi in 2000, with Master Mark Warner and Sifu Lori Rowe.  She has competed and won many Chinese Martial Arts Tournaments.  Mali was the 2010 Women’s National Champion in Wu Style Tai Chi Empty Hand Forms in the ICMAC Tournament in Dallas, TX, and 2014 Women’s Gold and Silver Medal in the Wu Style Tai Chi Contest in Shanghai, China.  She received her first degree Black Belt in 2015 from Grand Master Johnny Kwong Ming Lee, Dallas, TX. Mali has continued to study annually with Grand Master Lee.  She’s been teaching Tai Chi in the Atlanta area since 2009, and in 2021, became Chief Tai Chi Instructor for Lost Track Kung Fu and Tai Chi, Atlanta GA.

Sihing Lucas

Sihing Lucas Causey found the Lost Track School of Kung Fu and Tai Chi in 2008 during a self-imposed quest to find a "unified theory" between internal and external martial arts. When he isn't trying to expand beyond his own physical limitations, he's spending time with his wife, two dogs, and tiny, tortoiseshell cat.
